CANCELLATION & ATTENDANCE POLICY
- Cancel your reservation up to 3 hours prior to start time without Late Cancel Penalty Fee.
- Late cancel fee of $10 will automatically charged to your account.
- Not showing up for your reservation is a no-show and will be charged $10 and class credit will not be returned (If Applicable).
- Classes & Open Gym with 0 Sign ups may be cancelled.
- You will be denied participation if you arrive 5 minutes after start time for safety reasons and will be marked as a no show.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations & Booking Window

Advance Booking: To guarantee your spot and equipment, please reserve your class ahead of time.

Booking Cutoff: Class reservations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.
2. Late to Class Policy
We know traffic and life happen, but your safety and the class experience are our top priorities.

The 5-Minute Grace Period: If you are running late, you have a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled start time to arrive.

Strict Cutoff: For your safety (missing the vital warm-up sequence increases injury risk) and to prevent disruption to the instructor and other students, late entry beyond 5 minutes is not permitted.

Result: Arriving more than 5 minutes late will be treated as a No-Show, and the spot may be given to a waitlisted student. The No-Show fee/credit forfeiture will apply.
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late Cancellation (Within 3 Hours): Any cancellation made less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time is considered a Late Cancel and will incur a $10 fee.

No-Show: Failing to attend your reserved class, or missing the 5-minute late arrival cutoff, will incur a $10 fee.
4. How Fees Apply to Your Account

Unlimited Members: Late cancel and no-show fees ($10) will be automatically charged to your card on file.

Class Pass Holders: A late cancellation is $10 and a no-show will result in the forfeiture of that class credit from your pass.
5. Studio Cancellations

Our instructors plan amazing sessions for you! To respect their time, if a class has zero students enrolled 3 hours before the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled. Always be sure to sign up early so your favorite classes run!
